I知 currently doing the Wellness Recovery Action Plan with the community mental health nurse. The goal is to have it in place so that the next time I知 unwell and my brain stops working that I have a documented plan of action.
With the hormonal stuff I know a reproductive endocrinologist who strongly believes that some women benefit from a little extra estrogen to manage PMT/PMDD. He痴 had success with it.
