I have dreadful feelings in the mornings, especially when I wake up before getting out of bed. After eating breakfast, I feel better but still have some dreadful feelings. If I'm busy during the day, my mind is off of myself, so that helps. If not busy, then I get centered around myself and that can get me into trouble with my mind. It's much better for me in the evenings. Probably because I feel like I made it through the whole day and nothing went very wrong.
