Mountaindewed - Congratulations! I remember how good it felt the first time I was below 25. It's a major accomplishment when you haven't been that weight in a long time.
This morning's weight rounds up to 157. A big spike up from a belly full of salty shrimp Pad Thai for dinner, followed by a couple of Shine bars and a clementine and just water to drink, but I soaked it up. The top of my healthy BMI range is 164 pounds, which is exactly 24.9. I am 23.8 today, but still want to keep my weight closer to a BMI of 23, which is 151 pounds.
