I have been an over eater for years. The depression I suffered was so overwhelming, I turned to food. Now that I have dealth with the depression I am still stuggling to work out the food! I have found a website that you can put in everything you east, every exersize you do and it shows you if your diet has enough protien or if your exercise is burning enough calories...I was having a 1500 a day calorie diet...but it was mostly fat! I have suffered from severe depression most of my life. I have suffered though metal,physical, and sexual abuse. Only recently gaining control of my life. For the first time, I am living and happy! I also had to deal with panic attacks and anxiety issues, but I have made it through the worse, and am ready to move onto the better. If I can help anyone, I will be glad too.
