I'm so sorry, tmg4me You're definitely not alone in this, as this thread has shown. Unfortunately mood swings can be quite common, although the time periods may vary. But what you're experiencing is definitely not uncommon. If this bothers you so much, I'd suggest to talk to your Pdoc about this and see how it goes from there, if you haven't already. Hopefully he/she will be able to help. Perhaps there are some meds that could help you. Do you see a therapist? Maybe that could help. You could learn some new ways to cope with your feelings as they get worse during the evening. I hope you'll get the help you need. Remember that we care about you. We all love you.
