This may help you, but you could avoid certain things that upset you or triggers your anger for a bit. Try drinking some relaxing tea, read a book, color. Those adult coloring books always help me out around those times and I try to avoid the internet as much as possible because around my PMS, anything seems to set me off. Also put on a funny movie and take a walk. Even if it's for 10 mins or so, it's good to get outside and take in the nature around you. Anything that helps, do it.
