@ Mountaindewed - same with me. I set my range as the 150s with the intent of staying in the low to mid 150s. But even if I get up in the high 150s and have a spike, I can keep my BMI under 25.
I was 157 this morning. I think my true weight has been around 155 lately, so even if I ate enough to push it up a half pound I think once it settles I will be 157 or less and can start trying to slowly lose into the low 150s again.
