I have a friend who is a qualified nurse but who does caregiving in Europe. She gets all sorts of b's that you wouldn't believe. For example she gets sent to one woman where the keyholder is in a café but the café isn't open the hours that the woman wants here there. She gets emergency calls that no one has turned up to help a paralysed woman to the toilet because of a scheduling mistake.

Caregiving seems to be badly managed everywhere is my point. Eventually my friend will get promotion because of her nursing qualifications but meanwhile she... does what I couldn't do and laughs about it.
