Thank you for your kind words. I'm in therapy and I see a psychiatrist. My support system consists of my family. Sometimes, however, that can be a double edged sword so I'm also exploring group therapy and DBT groups.

Current Meds: Lamictal (300mg) and I'll probably be upping my dose soon.
