Coming down slowly from my elevated mood.
Did all the right things despite not wanting to take PRN’s, not wanting to sleep or eat. I also managed to not drink. I washed all the linen in the house instead.
And boy do I have verbal diarrhoea!! My agoraphobia is also temporarily gone - I’m talking to random strangers in the street - maybe not a good idea in my neighbourhood.
