my suggestion is talk with your treatment providers. OSDD is like a dissociative category where there is many mental disorder names inside it...

example

here on psych central you have a category...... dissociative disorders

and inside that category you have different names

garden
teen
the main dissociative board

with OSDD category of disorders you have names like...

macropsia
tachypsychia

and other mental disorder names too.

to find out which OSDD disorder you have you will need to talk with your treatment provider they will tell you whether you have macropsia, tachypsychia or any of the other dissociative disorders in this category.

like I said before many times here when ever anyone asks about OSDD what you see online is not the full information and criteria about this. most of what this is, is for treatment providers to know only. they give tests some oral that you dont know they are testing you and some computerized and some written. then when the test is over they tell you the name of your OSDD disorder
