I'm a little bit confused,
heres why,
okay so i skip a lot of meals most of the time becuase i'm not hungry or if its past 7:30 at night becuase i don't eat past then.
I'm not very fond of eating but i do exersise a lot i would love to loose at least 20 pounds but no more than 25. I and 5'0'' and weight 122.5 pounds as of today. A few people have told me i'm leading myself down the road to an eating disorder.
Is that true?
