I'm so sorry you are upset and crying. Don't you just hate when someone makes a mountain out of a mole hill and then makes you feel responsible for their reaction?? Hon, it's not your fault that dear old dad had a flip over your therapy session. That was all on him hon. You stand your ground and know that something will work out....it always does! Remember to breathe....slowly in and slowly out.... Maybe give him some time to calm down and call your mom in the morning to get things arranged ok?
