You are you, you are how you are, call letters don’t make a difference or changes how you is. Therapy isn’t cookie cutter, what works for one might not necessarily work for another client....or in the same fashion.
I do admit that I went through a time of “am I DIDish or not”....which category do I fit in as if it will end some need to know and closure to relief. It doesn’t. I have parts that are real and live a life of their own within this life’s frame and I don’t care if you label it oatmeal.
What’s in a name? A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. You are as you is.
