Thanks very much for your suggestion. I think what you've said has helped me have a better understanding. I appreciate you taking the time to do that! I'm ready just to let it go, now that I understand somewhat better.

I agree that this forum generally feels pretty safe to me, and that the moderators let a lot fly under the radar, which I like. Let's people work things out for themselves, if they can. Sometimes we can't or don't. The group dynamics, like you said, but that's life I guess. And one of the things I like about this forum is that it gives me a relatively safe place to practice "life" -- usually without the possibly more dire consequences that might result IRL.
