I'm so sorry you're all hurting so much, everyone I hope you'll all feel better soon. MI is already hard to deal with, but with physical pain added in it's even more difficult. I admire you for how strong you are. Be proud of yourselves for that. You don't deserve to suffer like this. Keep fighting. I'm sure you'll all get out of this one day. You can do this!
