It sounds pretty messed up to me.It's been many years since your old psychologist diagnosed you.It sounds like complete BS to me that they're just going to stick with a diagnosis that doesn't even exist anymore and claim you can't be tested because you're on too many meds.
Have you really thought about what you are asking (repeatedly)? If you went to a medical doctor many years ago and were told you had strep throat and then went to a new doctor recently because you were ill and the new Dr talked to your old doctor and they were telling you it's strep throat, they were sticking to the old diagnosis without testing you, what would you do?
I'm sorry but what you are saying sounds as silly as the strep throat scenario I just wrote out.Do you want to get better or just keep going in circles?Something's not right about this entire thing.Either you are misunderstanding and have it all confused or they are clearly not qualified to treat you and need to be reported and you need to find new treatment providers. You can keep asking the same things in different ways over and over but it's not going to change anything.
Seek out a new therapist and psychologist if this is really what they're doing.
I'm sorry to sound so harsh but this all sounds so messed up and doesn't make sense at all.
