The all-body restlessness sounds like akathisia. I am very familiar with that symptom if it is a side effect of drug and have experience successfully putting an end to it using antitode drugs Gabapentin and Atarax (either way), both very mild drugs with a benign side effects profile. Which drugs are you on that might be causing Akathisia to you? Akathisia is horrible!
