I have also had that feeling that others can tell that "I'm crazy," that they're all looking at me weird, like they know. I definitely know that feeling, and it does appear to be paranoia. But this also only occurs when I'm hypo/manic.
So I haven't had these symptoms when depressed, like you, but I wonder if you're 'mixed' (but keep in mind, this state is VERY hard to pin down) given that you have both depressive and hyper feelings at the same time.
I hope you're able to see your PCP soon. Do you have a pdoc?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I have mixed episodes as well as rapid cycling
No pdoc at the moment. I was doing really well with the SAM-e so me and my therapist didn't put any future appointments on the books, just an as needed follow up. It gets tricky trying to get in with her so I'm probably going to be waiting about the same amount of time to get in with her and a PCP. I know she's going to say to get in with a PCP or psychiatrist so I'm kind of leaning towards not scheduling anything with her at the moment.
