What in your life has changed that you thought there'd be a change? (or did you think there'd be a change :-)

I went to a "different place" in my heart/head and answered the questions from there and that was very interesting. I still had the obvious physical problems (hard to get rid of obesity and getting older in a month or two) but some of the other things (technology, my view of whether I'm on the Internet/watch TV too much) and some of my other problems changed. It was interesting to me, my point of view and/or perception and how that was all that changed the scores, it's not the "test" or even me that is doing things but my own perception of the questions.

If I view what I'm doing here as educational or social or helping me express myself, etc., it changes from being online too much to being a positive thing. If I realize I have rhythms and go through phases of watching TV for hours at a time but that I don't do it continuously but only sporatically, I don't see it as a "problem" but more as a coping or resting/down time activity. Just looking at the questions and imagining them differently can change your score and how you think of yourself.
