No, I've not been diagnosed with agitated depression as such but it does sound awful, pandoram3. It does sound something like my depression though where in the depth of the darkened, horrible state, I just need to be left alone and if anyone tries to reach out or contact me, knock at the door etc., I have nothing, I won't - or can't - respond, and I feel angry for them trying. Go away! - will be all I can think of. Yes, it's difficult. It's like being cut off from life.
