Hi Divine. I think you said in the other post that Ruby has an ASD, right (?)
Ruby, maybe you can state that as your Intro. before you present your case, as this is a legitimate disorder.
But like Divine said, you should have your case manager (or someone in person) help you. You shouldn't have to go through this all alone.
