asd is a disorder but that doesn't give anyone the "right" to act out at work. sorry. work is work. you are not there to act in the manner she described. if you can not manage that then maybe you can not manage work. it is a professional place..people are paying you for a service and professionalism. i get that there is some interaction between staff, but it has to be appropriate...what the poster is describing is not. if she is an adult, and her case manager feels she can handle the work environment then there has to be some point where she realizes and accepts the responsibility to represent herself in a professional manner. or find a different position or no position. sorry, as a manager in different occupations, especially customer service, that behavior is not acceptable.
