Well I was feeling so depressed and anxious this morning I miss my husband he has been gone almost 15 years it hit me bad so I did take my meds and it helped some,I got something nice today the little kids in school made us a Valentine card I have it up on my tv.They do this every year and I also got a pink cupcake.That really cheered me up.For those who have a special person in your life dont forget to tell them how much you love them before it was to late. I am lucky I got the chance to tell my husband and mom,dad that because you know what I still feel guilty about my mom passing away.I know it wasnt my fault but sometimes anxieties can cause you to feel guilty. I love you all and I hope all is well.
