Should I keep up this fight? It could last years and I don’t know if I have that fight in me. I know that is what they are counting on. But I have a hard time just walking away. Right now we have evidence for discrimination based on disability and gender, retaliation, harassment, and equal pay. But of course there is no guarantee the court would agree. Cases like this are so hard to prove. If I don’t win we will be out thousands of dollars. It is already $3000 and counting.
