I have two job interviews tomorrow.
One is a second interview to be the finance lead on an SAP implementation accross 9 hospitals and then become director of shared services for those 9 hosipitals for the finance function.
The second interview is the third interview to become controller of a small biotech start up.
I'm feeling really confused becasue I'd love both jobs. The SAP job would pay almost twice as much as the controllers job but would be really high stress. The controller's job doesn't pay that great, but the company seems like a great place to work and they're really serious about work life balance. With them I'd probably be able to continue with one of my alcohol outpatient treatment groups. It would also give me experience in a bunch of new areas that would really round out my resume, that I could then leverage into a much better job down the road.
I've thouroughly researched both companies but am feeling nervous as all get out because I really need a job. And I'm not sure which one would be best for me and my recovery right now.
