Mine have been ending way over the scheduled time because I have been experiencing overwhelming emotions more towards the end of the session.

In the last two sessions he has held my hand at the end in order to give me something to hold onto, emotionally, outside of the session.

I normally try to lock eyes with him at the end of the session, if it was particularly charged one (in which I don't feel like kicking the %#@&#! out of him) and just say "thank you."
