We here on PC cannot offer mental health diagnoses.

Plus I'm not a mental health professional. So I can't tell you whether or not what you're experiencing could be diagnosable as being OCD. For this you would need to see a mental health professional... perhaps a psychologist or a psychiatrist.
However, based on what you wrote, my personal non-professional opinion would be that this does sound like OCD to me.

I've struggled with some of these sorts of intrusive thoughts over the years too. And I know how difficult they can be.

So if you're not having the opportunity to talk with someone about what you're experiencing, I would encourage you to make arrangements to see someone.

Continuing to have these sorts of disturbing thoughts troubling you is a prescription for ongoing unhappiness I fear.
