I'm the same as you...I know I need to go to sessions but getting me there is another matter. Basically my social worker calls me and tells me i'm going and she's taking me and tough if i don't like it. To which i always respond "yes mother" lol.

Anyway, it sounds like you have a really good caring T there and it sounds like you're making progress with her. I'm sorry things have been so rough for you of late, but things WILL get better you know! Just hang in there!
