...The first thought I had was it might be a good idea to try and start therapy now, even though you might wind up driving.
The reason is...beginning college can be stressful. Having a therapist that you are already starting to develop a relationship might help you.
But on the other hand, therapy at college is usually free. There will probably be a session limit, but you could start there if you had to.
I guess it depends if you think your issues might be made worse by the stress of starting a new college and life. If so, I would start now. If not, wait until you get on campus.
