Pain alone can sap our strength and drain emotions.
A relative of mine has snored for many years. Recently she had a sleep test done and they found out she stopped breathing 40 times per night. She didnt think she had a problem. I would urge you if at all possible to some how get this done. A machine is more reliable than a person no matter how much they care.

You are allowed to complain. You are allowed to be tired. You are allowed take pain medication to ease the pain. You are allowed to rest and breathe.
