I used to thank my old T all the time. She was a blessing. Sometimes I still send her thank you cards.

Now, I have a new T and I do thank her, but I don't think it is "real", because I have only had a couple sessions with her.
I think I do it because I am scared not to....like if I don't she would get rid of me.
