This sounds just like my situation. I'm moving in a month or two and was pondering this same question a month or two ago. I decided to start therapy eventhough I'm moving soon.

I'm really glad I did. I was getting really stressed and just thinking about it and changing my mind back and forth was not helping. So I finally just made an appointment.

The good thing is that it has been helpful. I let the therapist know I would be leaving soon and basically our goal was to evaluate me and help me know what kind of therapist and treatment to seek when I move. Plus, he is helping with my current stresors.

The bad thing is that he seems to be a really good therapist so I will be sad to leave. Plus, I'll have to start over when I get where I'm going with a new therapist.

Knowing both sides, I would still choose to do what I did. While I will be sad I'm really glad to be doing better and I'm not feeling so trapped. I'm not sure what will work best for you. Good luck
