It's still hard to take breaks. I had class tonight and since it's two and a half hours there was a ten minute break in the middle. The class is by satellite and I was the only one at my location so when we went to break I was all alone with nothing to do. I paced all over the classroom for the whole 10 minutes. The break seemed longer than the whole rest of the class!
