These are some tricks I have found that help me

Morning tricks:
*Leave a cup of coffe/tea on the bedside table the night before, drink it 20-30 minutes before having to stand up. It is much easier to begin the day
*Doing some exercise in bed while the coffee kicks in.
*The night before write on post-its the most important things to do the first morning hours, stick it on the wall, fridge, or another highly visible place for you.
*Multivitamin and mineral
*Tyrosine
*Omega 3 unless you eat enough fish
