I like to hear different treatments, therapy ideas that work for others but not when its in that judgmental manner. One of the rules at the drop in group therapy I attend sometimes is to not give statements that start with "you should.."
I'm on the fence about finding a therapist for myself, only because I've tried 4 or5 of them and I didn't find any of them helpful and 3 of them I just didn't like for different (valid) reasons. I manage without but I am researching them again.
