I took Naltrexone and Oxcarbazipine briefly, but don't believe I had memory issues from them. Carbamazepine (very similar to Oxcarbazipine) doesn't affect my memory. I've taken that med for 8 years. I never took Latuda or Adderall. No antipsychotics have affected my memory unless you count highly sedative ones that did so for me more because of fatigue than anything else. I did once take Provigil briefly (a kind of stimulant) and definitely didn't have memory issues.

I did have some memory issues from higher doses of Lamictal (an anticonvulsant moodstabilizer). That's the only one of my medications I can absolutely claim this about. Otherwise, in my case, any past memory issues I clearly attribute to depression, manic blackouts, recovery from mania, and ECT. But medications affect us in different ways. Do discuss with your psychiatrist.

Nowadays, I'd say my short-term memory is excellent. As for long-term memory, it's excellent for some things and less so for others. From my studies of psychology, people have a tendency to have memory dumps for select things or some information can just be stored long-term, but only retrieved with the right triggers. I know some traumatic times are likely gone from my memory.
