Today (Saturday) I feel extremely exhausted and my goals for this day are meant to be easy:

PS. I have decided to start to focus more on planning and eating nutritious meals every day.

All goals met except healthy eating. I will put it up as
a long-term goal instead. I think I need to have more time to plan them and make them.
For Tuesday I have set up these goals:
- Gymnastics
- Important phone calls
- Walk for 1/2 an hour outside.
- Grocery
- Remember to put on the dish-washer and the washing machine
- Try to relax and rest as best I can in between
- 1/2 an hour to do work in the home
- Try to not make perfect meals, but good enough
