I'm sorry that your support system failed you yesterday.

I know that a relationship with a good therapist is priceless and we are certainly not in any position to fill in for such a resource.

Sometimes being confused is a little like feeling lost. An old Indian in Nothern Maine told me once when I was a little boy..."Lenny, if your ever lost out here,,,just pick a point,,,any point and walk to it...for that time,,however long it takes for you to reach the point you have chosen,,,you will not be lost. Then do it again."

I have taken his advice many times in my life,,,no matter the circumstance..
