This is the stupidest thing ever, so please forgive me!

I always seem to struggle with getting receipts from therapists. I feel like this shouldn't be hard... I paid you, please give me some written indication that you received payment and what I was paying for.

Last T was fine... she set me up in her system and I was able to download receipts, easy.

Except. Now that therapy has ended, for some reason, her last receipt is not showing paid. There's a statement, but it looks like I still owe her money (I don't - I paid online!)

I really, really, REALLY do not want to have to email her and ask her to update the receipt, because I don't want to open that door for more communication on her part. I really just want to be done, and move on.

Ugh. But I keep my receipts so I can repay myself from my HSA. And I don't think a receipt that shows a balance will work for that.

So frustrating!
