My T emails me my receipt at the end of each session. A couple times he's forgotten, and I've had to email him to ask--he generally took care of it pretty quickly. He's said correspondence over things like that and scheduling don't really "count" to him in terms of email. I think if you just keep the email fairly businesslike, hopefully she'll respond the same way. Like "I'm unable to download my final receipt, could you please add it to the system? Thanks!" And nothing else really.
