ArtleyWilkins - Thanks... I'm trying to be patient, but it's already been a week (as of yesterday). I'll give it some more time, but... I'd really like to just get my last receipt and be able to close this out, and be done with it!

Octoberful - Thanks! I'm sorry that your T gets grumpy about giving receipts, I don't really understand that reaction... I've struggled with other Ts, but it's usually when I've only seen them once or twice. I still think they should provide something though - if I'm paying, I should be able to get some record that I paid and what it was for! It just drives me nuts that this ends up being a sticking point sometime when it seems so basic!

Anyway... I'll give it a bit more time and see if it straightens itself out! Thanks.
