Yep I'm with Katheryn, Laundry matts have those really big washers. I was several pills (don't over pack it) and wash in Hot water delicate cycle. Drying they recommend you put some tennis balls (new) to refluff, I do not do this. I hang mine on the line! When you wash it, put a fair amount of white vinegar in there along with the bleach (I prefer the dry colored bleach because of the sent).

Also, invest in a good pillow protector, that will really help preserve the pillows. Doesn't have to be plastic, but there are some really nice heavy ones out there that are almost waterproof and they do not interfer with your comfort. J.C. Penny's offers pillow protectors for the body pillows and king size pillows, as does Linen's and things, and Bed Bath and beyond. They're not cheap, but they're worth it.
