jtassar93 I am sorry you are having a hard time. I hope you feel cared about here, I know it can be hard to feel people care when you are not doing well. It is something I have tried to become mindful of myself, so that I can recognize it is just how I am feeling at the time.
I agree that looking back over some of your posts here and making some notes could be a good way to remember things you might otherwise forget. Do you track your moods? I used an app previously, Daylio, for that. If you are not sure which category it falls into, like whether or not you were manic at the time, making a list of past symptoms and any patterns should be enough for your psychiatrist to start with. Hope you find one that can help. Do you also have a good therapist?
