I understand how you feel. Perhaps you're suffering from social anxiety. Perhaps you just don't like large crowds of people. Do you see a therapist? Maybe that could help. You could learn new ways to cope with your feelings. Hopefully he/she will be able to help you. He/she's there to help you after all. I'm so sorry. It must be very hard for you. Please don't give up. Thank you so much! And yes i have a couple people to talk to ( friends and such ) but sometimes i also feel like a burden:/... i can actuay stress myself out to the point that my vision fluctuates
it sucks. Im currently worried about some parties/weddings im invited to at the mid/end of the yr and it already freaks me out so bad that my mind and my heart races and i feel nauseous... i have to tell myself theres time and to take a deep breath but i still feel panicky:/... i just hate being alone where i dont know people.. i feel out of place.. idk judged..? Embarrassed?
