Last week, I spent the better part of my time in bed because of some serious panic and anxiety. I was feeling so scared all the time myself. I had an idea out of the blue and it did help. I layered every blanket I could find on top of me...I think I ended up with 8 blankets in all! I even took my son's from his bed [emoji41]!
The weight and warmth of the blankets was very comforting and helped ease some of my fears. Maybe you could try it and let me know if it works for you as well?!

The blanket thing makes sense in several ways. Security & all.
I also find that when I am cold & shaky it becomes harder for me to distinguish between panic and physical sensations, so when I am anxious I try to reduce physical discomforts so the panic is not amplified & so I don’t get confused between the two...
