how do you all tell loved ones that you need help? my wife has an idea of what im dealing with its been years since ive had bad thoughts but because of work i am having them really bad and im having thoughts of hurting others really bad agian. i dont want to throw away the years i have left by doing this, how do you all tell them you are ready for help?
