Maybe for me because at night there is less pressure to go out and get things done, so I can relax. I have mostly never been a night worrier. Anyway. Lately i have made a point of listening to a meditation app on my phone every morning & drinking a cup of herbal tea. Maybe I will try journaling in the morning. Or listening to uplifting music.
Are there things you can do that you find comforting?
