i haven't but have nearly thrown and broken a number of things today. it won't help though. screaming some can help but not ideal either. i feel like i'm being tortured today. reach for the next best thought. this is temporary and will get better. remind youreself of times when things were smoother and stable. it will come back. promise.
is there music you like? jazz always helps me some. and listening to now.
clearly are suffering, but if we can perceive it differently, maybe can get some relief. I'm gonna work on that for a little bit.
