I'm sorry to hear you are suffering, too. I agree with piano97-- try music, it helps me release emotion when I can't actually release them in a physical way (cry, hit stuff, etc). I've been in a funk for awhile so I understand exactly how that feels, and it sucks. No one understands the wear and tear it does and how awful it really makes everything. Again, I am sorry and I hope you find something that helps.
